Trustees approve multiple building and grading permits, including McNulty Enterprises project with abstention

Under New Business the Board of Trustees approved several construction-related permits for properties in town. Trustee David Cofoid moved to approve BP3-18-26-1 for MH Builders at 1102 Madill St (skirting and an 8 x 10 deck) and the board voted all aye. Trustee Matthew Fullilove moved to approve BP3-18-26-2 for cabins at 411 Swanzey St (Rod Alexander/Tammy Hunsaker) and that motion also passed unanimously.
The board approved Grading Permit GP3-18-26-1 for Ray French at 436 Old Hill City Rd for sewer and water line work. A later building permit, BP3-18-26-3 for McNulty Enterprises at 203 Cemetery Rd (adding a 2 x 10 to an existing building), was approved with Trustees Cofoid, Ball, Fullilove and Parks voting aye and President Casey McNulty abstaining; the motion carried.
