The applicant stated the project delivers roughly 62% open space where code requires 30%, and described the central park as approximately 1.98 acres—comparable to Park City’s library field. Commissioners asked whether the central outdoor space would be publicly accessible at all hours and for a clearer map breaking out elements counted as open space (for example whether fenced daycare play areas count).
The developer and staff agreed to provide a breakdown of open space components and the treatment of fenced or programmed elements for the July 8 follow‑up.
