Administrator outlines CIP, pay-grade scale, new website and payroll transition

Administrator Audree Guzman told the board that budget analysis is underway and that administration has developed a Capital Improvement Plan and a Pay Grade Scale as part of the budget process. Guzman said a draft budget will be presented at the July meeting.
Guzman also reported the township is developing a new website with an integrated credit-card payment engine expected before October, and that onboarding for gWorks payroll and accounting software is scheduled to begin August 5. An AP stamp has been introduced to replace the purchase order form and staff continue office-file organization work.
