At its July 23 meeting the Monroe Township Planning Board took several formal actions: it memorialized two prior approvals (PB1274-26 and PB1275-2630), reapproved a minor subdivision with waivers (PB1262-24), and recommended two ordinances (06-2026-013 and 06-2026-014) as consistent with the master plan.
Motions were moved and seconded on the record. One participant formally moved: "I'll move the resolution, mister chairman," and the board recorded roll-call votes for memorializations and for the two ordinance recommendations. The recorded roll calls showed unanimous support from members present. The Planning Board clerk and chair confirmed the motions and votes; recommendations will be forwarded to the Township Council for consideration on upcoming agendas.
