• Bowman signage program: The Board approved the Bowman Consulting Group proposal for landscape architecture services for the Pelican Sound master signage program; neighborhood monument replacements will be charged to Pelican Sound replacement reserves.
• Storm cleanup: The Board ratified emergency street sweeping/storm cleanup by Precision Cleaning, Inc., approving a one‑time payment of $1,475 and authorizing additional week‑to‑week cleanings for the next month if needed.
• Easement: The Board approved a Proposed Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to the River Ridge CDD and agreed future easement approvals will include specific sketches and legal descriptions.
All of the above motions passed with a voice vote recorded in the minutes as "with all in favor."
