River Ridge board adopts Resolution 2025‑01 to elect and remove officers

The River Ridge CDD Board adopted Resolution 2025‑01, which elected officers and removed a prior officer from the slate. Kurt Blumenthal nominated the slate: Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, Kurt Blumenthal and Robert Twombly as Assistant Secretaries, and Keith Merrill as an Assistant Secretary. The resolution removed James Gilman from the Board's list of officers.
District staff noted that existing prior appointments by the Board to certain officer roles (Chesley "Chuck" Adams as Secretary; Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer; Jeff Pinder as Assistant Treasurer) remain unaffected by the resolution. The motion was approved unanimously.
The resolution takes effect immediately and will be reflected in district records and upcoming meeting materials.
