Venty said the sale of two district buildings improved the fund balance and provided flexibility to move LTFM dollars as needed.
Board members asked whether gender-neutral bathroom remodeling was planned; administrators clarified the item was included because the state requires it on reporting forms but is not budgeted (listed at $0). The plan was adopted 6-0, and administrators noted that projects may be moved if budget constraints arise.
