Park Rapids adopts SCDP Fair Housing Plan of Action
Summary
Council approved Resolution #2025-60 adopting a Fair Housing Plan of Action required for the Small Cities Development Program, which staff said had been missed at the prior meeting and is needed for SCDP compliance.
At the March 11 meeting the council approved Resolution #2025-60 to adopt the Small Cities Development Program (SCDP) Fair Housing Plan of Action.
City Administrator Angel Weasner explained the item had been omitted at the prior meeting and that adopting the plan satisfies a program requirement for SCDP funding eligibility. The motion to approve was made by Councilmember Jeremy Engholm, seconded by Joe Christensen, and passed unanimously.
