The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted the fiscal year 2024/2025 budget (Resolution 2024‑07) at its Aug. 27, 2024 meeting after staff corrected scrivener errors in the draft. District Manager Chuck Adams told the board that the budget in the agenda was not correct and that additional edits were made, including a corrected description for "Street sweeping." The public hearing was opened by Mrs. Adams and no affected property owners or members of the public spoke.
On a motion by Mr. Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Robert Twombly, the board voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 2024‑07 as amended. The adopted resolution authorizes annual appropriations for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2024, and ending Sept. 30, 2025, and authorizes budget amendments and an effective date. The board did not set further conditions during the meeting; staff will post and implement the approved budget documents.
