Lead approves new plow purchase, authorizes street-sweeper demo; park electrical work near completion

Lucero said staff found a low-mileage street sweeper in North Dakota and arranged a no-cost demo and delivery so the city can test it before committing to purchase. Lucero noted that removing crosswalk barriers near the library and installing parking signs should improve plowing efficiency in winter.
