Commission adopts 2026 budget on second reading; one commissioner votes nay

The commission also approved the August 2025 financial report, which the record shows totaled $1,419,190.51. The vote on the budget and the financial report took place as part of the Legal & Finance agenda item; no further amendments were recorded during the meeting. The ordinance is recorded in the meeting minutes as Ordinance 2025-10 (2026 Budget).
