The Lead City Commission voted to set a public hearing on a proposed city property lease to Lil’s Coffee for Nov. 3, 2025, at 5:30 PM at City Hall. Commissioner Robert Carr moved to set the hearing and Commissioner Al Rohrer seconded; the motion carried.
The hearing was placed on the calendar as part of 'Items from Visitors.' No lease terms were discussed at the Oct. 20 meeting; the commission recorded only the hearing date, time and location. City staff indicated the matter will return to the commission for public testimony and formal consideration at the Nov. 3 meeting.
