"the surplus auction is now closed and there were 15 auction items that were sold though Purple Wave in the amount of $90,380.00," Robin Lucero reported. Resolution 2025-14, adopted by unanimous vote, lists the Meyer Snowplow (Super V-2 Model 8.5’) among items declared surplus and authorizes the mayor and finance officer to take necessary acts to dispose of surplus property under SDCL 9-19. The minutes show the motion carried with Mayor Dustin Heupel and Commissioners Carr, Klein, Thomas and Rohrer voting aye.
