The Lead City Commission approved two change orders and a revised pay application to reconcile plan quantities and actual work completed on a waterline project. Minutes state the seeding, mulching and fertilizing quantities were significantly higher than originally planned, prompting a pricing adjustment.
"This quantity adjustment justified a price reduction to this item," the minutes record. The commission carried the motions (M/Carr, S/Thomas for change orders; M/Carr, S/Klein for Pay App #3R). Robin Lucero told the commission that Pay App #3R will replace the Pay App #3 approved Sept. 2, 2025; the minutes show the commission carried the motion. No dollar amounts for the change orders were recorded in the meeting summary included in the minutes.
