Richard also said he is working on the periodic review and proposed revisions to the Critical Areas Ordinance, pursuing grants and loans with the Department of Ecology to replace lift stations 2 and 4, and updating the Capital Facilities Plan to reflect current valuations for equipment and systems. Later in the Jan. 13 meeting, the council appointed Harold Cook to Position 2 of the planning committee, with the motion recording a term ending Dec. 31, 2027.
