City staff presented final bills for the new flagpole and front landscaping, and the mayor said he adjusted revenue and expense line items so the totals matched the fiscal year 2026 ordinance. He said landscaping costs were shifted among funds and one plant may need replacement.
“All the changes were made and we still have the same amount of revenue and expense that was listed on the fiscal year 2026 ordinance,” the mayor said. Commissioner Beville moved to accept the revised worksheet; after a second the commission approved the revision by voice vote.
Commissioners thanked staff for the landscaping work and noted one small plant near the outbound sign may need replacement; no additional appropriations were requested at the meeting.
