The Penn Forest Township Planning Commission on Feb. 23 tabled the Jane Neeb subdivision (P‑26‑5, parcels 53‑51‑A5.01 & 53‑13‑B6) after township engineer and staff identified outstanding review items.
Engineer Brad Grauel addressed comments in Rock Stahovic's review letter and reported that updated plot plans need to be submitted and sewage approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is required. Based on those conditions, Rock Stahovic recommended tabling the item until the applicant provides the missing documentation. Stacy Venetos moved to table and Jessica Seersma seconded; the motion carried.
No timetable for resubmittal was recorded in the minutes; the tabling places the application on hold until the applicant obtains DEP sewage approval and provides revised plans to satisfy the engineer's review.
