Several Penn Forest land‑use applications tabled pending applicant responses

Multiple land‑development and subdivision applications were tabled by the Penn Forest Planning Commission on April 27, 2026, usually to allow applicants to address review comments or submit missing information. Chris Rau moved to table the Mazzella reverse subdivision (P-24-9; parcels 51-51-A8.03 & 51-51-A8.04); Stacy Venetos seconded and the motion carried.
Several other applications were likewise tabled after motions by commissioners or recommendations from township engineer Rock Stahovic: Gullone (P-25-8), Kocher (P-25-16), Getz (P-26-10), R&R Premier (P-26-11) and Irizarry (P-26-13). In the case of R&R Premier, Stahovic recommended tabling to allow applicants to address his review comments; for Irizarry he specifically cited the need for a sewage plan before further consideration.
