Greencastle board approves personnel changes including several hires and resignations

The Greencastle Community School Corporation board approved personnel actions during its Sept. 23 consent agenda, recording resignations and authorizing new hires, transfers and extracurricular appointments. Resignations listed include Nancy Knox (Instructional Assistant, Greencastle High School), Amanda Highsmith (Instructional Assistant, Tzouanakis Intermediate), and Linda Floyd (bus driver).
The board approved hires including Dana Carr for homebound instructional services; Trinity Bean and Regina Wilson as instructional assistants at Tzouanakis Intermediate; Robin Barber as a speech aide at Deer Meadow Primary; Madison Dixon as secretary to the principal at Greencastle High School; multiple substitutes and extracurricular coaches and sponsors for the 2024–25 school year. The motion to approve the consent agenda personnel items was made by Mr. Beasley, seconded by Mrs. Inman and carried unanimously.
