Board denies Pennant license application and refers company to enforcement for unregistered workers

As one board member put it, "you've just opened up yourself to a whole can of worms by telling the entire board you have people doing the work unlicensed or unregistered," and a motion was made, seconded and approved to send the case to enforcement. Messner (agency staff) said enforcement will open a case and suggested the company start a registered apprenticeship program so workers can be brought into compliance.
