David Paganelli reviewed a proposal from Redstart for chemical treatment of invasive plants at Ashley Forest and framed the discussion around procurement and long-term maintenance. He noted that if the board decides to pursue contractor work they should put the project out to bid for summer 2027; DP also mentioned Mike Bald of "Got Weeds" as a candidate for mechanical removal.
Board members discussed the extensive barberry along the southern boundary and procurement options with Sharon and Strafford.
