Margaret Romney reported that a poll of board members produced a single workable date: "7-18-26 seems to be the only date that works for all," and the board agreed to hold the trail work day from 08:00 to 13:00 focused on a new trail at the northern end of Ashley.
Board members assigned outreach tasks: Romney will ask the Strafford Conservation Commission to participate and Erik Skarsten will contact the Sharon Conservation Commission; notices will be posted on local listservs. Work priorities for the day include construction of the new trail, inspecting sites for a welcome sign and possible meeting area, and, time permitting, blazing the Bob Wilson and Preston trails.
