Portable toilet delivered; attendant shack needs insulation and town considers camera to deter illegal dumping

Rodney Hoyt reported that a new portable toilet should have been delivered to the transfer station the prior Friday and said the attendant’s shack is structurally sound but requires new insulation and interior fixtures. Hoyt also noted the crew’s salt supply remains adequate.
Adam Kenyon asked for materials—specifically 2x4s—to mount two new lights (one at the dock end and one on the building) and said he brought his own heater and will exchange propane tanks at the Corner Stop as needed. Kenyon proposed installing a solar-powered camera to photograph people who dump illegally; he also said the gate at the site had been hit and broken off its hinges. Gary Mullen said he would check with Rebecca Hoyt about previously researched sticker options for the site.
No formal action was taken on purchasing lights or cameras at the meeting; Kenyon’s requests and Caron’s staffing updates will be addressed in follow-up conversations.
