The Sharon Development Review Board on July 14 approved identical 90-day extensions to the deed-recording deadline for two recently approved Boundary Line Adjustment permits.
Brittany Kelton, owner of 506 Moore Road, had asked for an additional six months beyond the originally conditioned 90-day recording window. Tom Scott, owner of 631 Clifford Farm Road, requested an additional 90 days. The board discussed both letters and decided to grant both applicants an additional 90 days to record their merger deeds. The board noted that either applicant could request further extension if necessary and that both applicants must notify the Planning Administrator once the deeds are recorded.
The motion to amend the recording condition for both Kelton and Scott was made by Dee Gish and seconded by Andrew Cliburn; the motion passed unanimously. The decision modifies the original 90-day recording condition on both permits to extend the window by 90 days from the date of the motion.
The action leaves in place the other terms of the previously approved Boundary Line Adjustment permits and tasks the applicants with following up with Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki after recording.
