Board begins 2026 budget planning; discusses Sunday hours and security needs for larger facility

Dan said some capital costs (furniture, shelving) will be part of the county's capital budget while some operational items (staffing, programming) belong in the library's operating request; he will include move-related operational costs in his submission.
