Town audit underway; culvert repair bids posted and furnace installation scheduled, clerk reports

The minutes say both oil tanks were sold though the furnace itself remains.
A Coles Pond Road culvert repair/replacement was put out to bid; the minutes state bids will be opened at the next Selectboard meeting. The clerk also recorded that Walden received a rebate from Washington Electric for the town's EV charger. The minutes do not provide dollar amounts for the rebate or for the culvert project, and they do not record any formal vote or budget appropriation connected to these items.
