Board members reviewed corrections to the March 2026 minutes and the facts-and-findings from the March 18 hearing. Members identified typographical errors and clarifications; one member noted a discrepancy about whether smoke-alarm or fire-marshal requirements were recorded in the conditions.
Zoning administrator Erica Burner explained that while fire-safety items had been discussed, a fire-marshal checklist was not required as a condition in the facts-and-findings and the town does not require fire-marshal approval for the permit under current rules. The board moved, seconded and voted to approve the corrected facts-and-findings from March 18.
