Argo council names six to Park and Recreation Board

Councilperson Rick Hopkins moved to appoint Alicia Vincent; Councilperson Mike King seconded the motion and the council voted unanimously to approve. Subsequent motions and unanimous roll-call approvals appointed Cynthia Higdon, Andrea Hall, Jerry Chiarella, Myron "Rusty" Allen and Howard Hartley to the board as recorded in the minutes.
Each appointment passed on a recorded yes vote from Councilpersons Griffin, Suggs, Hopkins, King, Mayor Pro-Tem Massey and Mayor Hettich. The minutes list the appointees by name but do not include term lengths or committee assignments.
