Committee members noted the schedule and scope: the committee will hold eight meetings beginning with the Jan. 21 session and is planning a continued series of presentations and public engagement. Members set the next meeting for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 7–9 p.m. and adjourned the meeting at 9:10 p.m.
