Fred Blanchard will reserve port-a-potties through vendor Wind River for park events, and the committee discussed adding a corner box on the Snowflyers building to hold signs and other equipment.
For safety, the committee resolved that Fred Blanchard will consult with Ryan Bresette about where to place an automated external defibrillator (AED) so it is readily available in an emergency yet protected from theft. No final placement decision was recorded in the minutes.
