Blanchard elected chair; board assigns roles, creates donations account

The board also assigned department responsibilities: Carol Poulin will serve as rental administrator; Liza Mountford will serve as assistant rental administrator and secretary; and Scott Blanchard will continue as treasurer with a $100-per-year stipend.
Members voted unanimously to create a separate bank account for donations to the recreation department. The treasurer’s report was reviewed during the meeting and the minutes state that previously missing funds have been reassigned to the recreation department; the minutes do not specify an amount. The meeting adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
