During the Feb. 5 meeting a motion to extend the meeting for Item #8 (Any Other Business) was made by Josh Compo and seconded by Michael Spaulding; the committee recorded the result as 'All in Favor.' The formal adjournment later was moved by Jeremy LaVanway, seconded by Josh Compo, and the meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
