Council approves $195,035 in change orders for 2025 sewer rehabilitation project

The proposed change orders increased the running contract total to $3,142,226. Anderson said schedule remains the same with anticipated May 2026 completion; the council suspended the rules and approved Resolution No. 2026-R-18 authorizing the mayor to approve the change orders.
