Use of Tutor.com rises; director flags state budget proviso that could change funding rules

Amanda also cautioned the board about a state budget proviso that a conference committee will reconcile; she said the house and senate versions differ and the conference committee decision will affect how state aid is allocated to libraries. She encouraged trustees and residents to contact representatives if they want to weigh in before the committee meets next week.
