Commission staff told members they should book their own hotel rooms (with reimbursement available) and that a collegial dinner the night before interviews will be held for non-business socializing only. Doug said commissioners "can stay wherever you would like to stay, and you will be responsible for booking your own hotel," and the chair confirmed the commission will cover expenses under the constitution.
On document handling, Terry and Doug said confidential investigative reports and public letters will be uploaded to a secure OneDrive; commissioners will be notified when new material is added. The commission set a deadline of noon on May 13 for investigative reports so members would have at least a week to read materials before interviews.
