A motion to table the item until staff (Melanie, Doug and Corey) could meet and refine the specifications passed; board members asked staff to ensure the bid language allows multiple dealerships to submit compliant quotes and to clarify whether the F-550 should be listed as a dump or as a combination body. The chair said the item will return on the next meeting’s agenda after staff follow-up.
