Wally Meyer, president of the Q‑Inc. board, updated the City Council on plans to revitalize the Q‑Inc clubhouse following a strong member survey. He said the organization has retained an owner's representative and is evaluating three construction firms, with several milestones to clear before finalizing scope and cost. A member vote on the proposal is scheduled for May 11, and additional information will be provided at a March 23 member meeting.
Mayor David McCullagh requested that Council President Dan McCauley attend the March 23 meeting to present the State of the City because the mayor will be traveling. The council did not take formal action but expressed support for Q‑Inc moving forward with its planning and outreach. The presentation was recorded during the public comment portion of the Feb. 2 meeting.
