City reports new meters installed, generator delivered; USDA grant reimburses $20,000

City Administrator Alex told the council the city has installed 31 new water meters and will install 35 more in early June in Route 2 as part of ongoing meter upgrades.
Alex also said a generator for City Hall has been delivered and staff are arranging installation; the city received a USDA grant that will reimburse $20,000 toward the project. Alex reported cleanup-week commercial debris and trash-collection tonnages as presented to the council.
Council members had no further questions and thanked staff for the updates.
