Council adopts Ordinance No. 1530 on vegetation and property nuisances in 3-2 vote

The motion to adopt Ordinance No. 1530 was moved by Council Member Capp, seconded by Council Member Mitzner, and passed on a 3-2 vote. Council Members Brenneman and Stoker voted no. The ordinance replaces the cited sections of city code to clarify vegetation/nuisance responsibilities along property lines.
