Findlay City staff said they have begun vetting an infrastructure-support program intended to support single-family residential development by meeting with local developers and reviewing models used elsewhere.
The moderator said the program is under research and that other priorities have slowed progress; staff will continue analysis and return with more detailed recommendations. "We had a Zoom meeting a week or 2 ago with some local developers to talk through kind of, still vetting out the infrastructure support program for single family residential," the moderator said.
Next steps: staff will continue research on program design and report back with potential policy options for council consideration as part of the fall planning and budget discussions.
