The Design Review Board reviewed correspondence from the town clerk informing boards and commissions that, on the advice of the town attorney, the ethics commission advisory opinion dated Sept. 24, 2021 "is no longer enforced and affected" and should not be the basis for complaints relying on it. The notice was circulated as part of the meeting packet and members asked about receiving paper copies.
Later in the meeting the board approved minutes from the July 22, 2025 meeting (Project Learn, the old Southwest School) by voice vote and moved to adjourn. The chair closed the session after the votes.
