“This important town hall meeting will be held Thursday, 05/28/2026, 6PM at East Campus Auditorium,” Dale said, urging residents to attend and learn more about the proposal and ask questions. He then added, “I’d also like to schedule an ad hoc sales tax meeting for 05/26/2026, 4PM” as final preparation time before the public session.
Council members noted scheduling conflicts around state track and other events but confirmed the dates and times. Staff indicated they did not need to attend the ad hoc prep meeting and will support the event as scheduled.
