Dr. Clint Johnson introduced the high school's production of 'Be More Chill' and briefly introduced student cast members who described their roles. "I'm Dr. Clint Johnson. I'm the head director of the new school this year," he said before students introduced themselves and their characters.
Students gave short character descriptions and the group said the show will run Saturday night at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.; ticket prices were announced as $5 and the production was described as PG-13. One cast member summarized the plot: "He takes a little pill that's like a supercomputer, and it tells him what to say. It's kind of the whole plot of the musical," describing the central device used in the show.
Board members thanked the cast and wished the teams well, and the group left to continue rehearsals. The presentation lasted several minutes and served as the agenda's substitute presentation after the originally scheduled FFA/4-H participants were unavailable.
