A council member (speaker 5) moved to approve the resolution; Kai seconded. The council voted 4-0 in favor. No additional appropriation or specific dollar amounts were included in the presentation; Riverola offered to provide more detail if the council wanted it.
The council's approval sets a policy framework; staff said they support the item and will follow the policy parameters when allocating dollars to maintain city assets.
