Stephanie Mallett described how a small chamber staff coordinates a large community festival: "the chamber, we're a staff of 1.25 and we rely very much on our volunteers," she said, noting that volunteers and member groups stage many of the individual events. Mallett credited Jenny Klein of Mid Minnesota as the event chair who handles much of the planning and logistics.
Mallett said volunteers and sponsors — from businesses to civic groups — made the weekend possible, from building donation boxes to underwriting fireworks. She urged residents to attend and support partner organizations during the weekend.
