Council hears progress on nuisance property at 6510 Indian Lane; owner plans demolition

She also said a local property manager has taken on maintenance responsibilities and that the owner intends to demolish the structure and sell the lot.
Woolbright said accumulated City maintenance costs total approximately $5,000 over four years and staff will invoice the owner prior to resale; she noted staff time associated with inspections is not reimbursed. Councilmembers agreed to continue monitoring the property and keep the matter on monthly reports while allowing time for the owner to follow through on commitments.
