He said coordination with partner agencies is concentrated under Captain Joel Porter and that planners remain confident attendance could approach 600,000 visitors depending on travel patterns and schedules. McCullough also noted a small increase in DUI arrests, which he described positively as "impaired drivers are being located and removed from the roadway."
