The commission also discussed leadership: staff (S4) said one option was for Victor to continue as chair and for John to serve as co-chair if they agree; Chair (S3) said they would not object to stepping down if another commissioner wanted the role and commissioners indicated a willingness to formalize nominations in a future meeting.
