Board members directed staff to flat-fund some line items to 2024 actuals while ensuring funding for already-committed 2025 culvert work. The board discussed increasing budget allocations for pothole and crack repairs, chloride treatment, grading and tree trimming (with the tree-trimming increase offset by savings elsewhere). The Selectboard also agreed to add a new line item for culvert cleaning and to obtain estimates and additional information on open items before the next budget meeting.
