LCC subcommittee recommends Alta/Altaf candidate for legislative CIO; members debate candidate’s absence

The Legislative Coordinating Council advanced a subcommittee recommendation for the legislative chief information officer to be the candidate named in the packet (recorded in the transcript with several spellings, see note). The Council also authorized the chair and Tom Day to work on an offer and to benchmark compensation against other CTOs in the state system as part of the hiring process.
